Legal Assist is a business unit of QTAT BPO Solutions Inc. which was founded in 2006. QTAT was created with the goal of providing high-quality services within the agreed Turn Around Time for a wide variety of industries. Over the past 15 years, QTAT has expanded its service range to include a diversified lineup, including RCMS, HazMat Classification, Mass Tort Vendor Services, Industry Neutral back-office services, and Technology Solutions. Legal Assist was founded in 2018 as a dedicated unit for the legal industry, providing comprehensive e-discovery, litigation support, and peer review services to clients across different verticals. Vinay is a Partner at Legal Assist, and one of the founding members of its parent company, QTAT BPO Solutions Inc. With a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, an MBA in Finance and IT, and pursuing a Law degree, Vinay’s diverse educational background uniquely positions him to find innovative solutions and deliver them through Legal Assist.
Known as “The Solutions Guy,” Vinay has a keen eye for talent, seeking out team members who possess a passion for their work beyond what is found on paper. As an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the business, he remains highly responsive to client needs and is always on call. Vinay skillfully manages Project Management, Operations, Deliverables, and Customer Relations, ensuring that the right team is assembled to support each client’s business goals.
